Raveena Tandon (born October 26, 1970 in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India) is an Indian actress and former model. She is the daughter of director Ravi Tandon. Being the daughter of erstwhile filmmaker Ravi Tandon, Raveena spent her childhood close to the razzmatazz of Mumbai film world. Once in her teens Raveena began getting offers from filmmakers chiefly because of her good looks.

Raveena Tandon made her Bollywood debut opposite Salman Khan in athar Ke Phool·in 1990. Although the film was a flop Raveena continued to struggle to make her own niche in Bollywood big league. And it was not until ohra·that she became famous among the movie buffs as the ravishing mast mast·girl. Raveena Tandon has to her credit many inconsequential flicks like aqdeerwala· iddi· aava·and alaakhein· But simultaneously she continued to make her transition from the hip-shaking bimbo to being a sensible actress.
